The rules for using Gran Marketer Social.
These starter terms should be reviewed for your final business entity, jurisdiction and commercial practices before launch.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure and be authorised to manage every brand and social account you connect. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
Paid access renews monthly or annually according to the option selected at checkout. Stripe processes payments. Current pricing and included usage are shown before purchase. Taxes may apply. Failed payment may limit access until billing is resolved.
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, display and transmit it to operate the service. You must have the rights and permissions required for all text, images, video, trademarks and accounts you use.
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. It is provided as a draft, not professional advice. You must review and approve facts, claims, disclosures, accessibility text and platform compliance before publishing.
You must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing activity; attempt to access another account; disrupt or reverse engineer the service; upload malware; evade usage limits; or use connected platforms in breach of their rules.
Publishing, billing and other features depend on third-party services such as social platforms and Stripe. Their availability, permissions and rules can change. We are not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions or policy decisions.
You may cancel through the available billing portal. Unless stated otherwise, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for security risks, non-payment, unlawful use or material breach of these terms.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and liability is limited to losses that cannot lawfully be excluded and the amount paid for the relevant subscription period.
We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be communicated where required, and continued use after an effective date means the updated terms apply. Add your current business contact details and governing-law information here before launch.
