This starter policy should be reviewed against your final business details and operating practices before launch.
We process account details such as your name and email address; brand details, voice notes and uploaded media; content, campaigns and schedules you create; connection details needed to link supported social platforms; billing identifiers and subscription status supplied by Stripe; and technical information needed to secure and operate the service.
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide content planning and publishing features, generate requested AI-assisted drafts, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain service reliability and meet legal obligations.
When you request AI assistance, relevant brand notes, prompts and post content may be sent to the service providers used to generate the response. Do not submit confidential personal information that is not needed for the request. Review generated content before use.
We use specialist providers for hosting, authentication, storage, billing and AI processing. When you connect a social platform or publish content, information is also handled under that platform’s terms and privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for service, security, billing and legal purposes. You may request account deletion, subject to records we must retain. Removing content or a brand can also remove related records.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export personal information, or object to certain processing. You can update account and brand information in the service and contact us about requests.
